| Happy 4th of July!!! On this day, as we honor our soldiers and freedom fighters, we need to remember to treat one another with kindness and respect. Let us uphold the true spirit of America and practice loyalty, camaraderie, and serve our nation to the fullest!!! It is a great time to reflect upon the blessings we enjoy as Americans. The vision and bravery of those men who signed the Declaration of Independence truly changed the course of world history.
There are special dances during the month of July. Make plans to renew friendships at a special dance or weekend near you. Summer is also the time for caller’s schools. Either for new callers, or for experienced callers to hone their skills, listed below are two school I will be conducting. Check the printable flyers for details.
There have been so many weather tragedies around the country in the past few months. Elkhorn, NE suffered a tornado that destroyed 954 homes, and the flooding in South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska has been devastating. On a personal note, a great caller and good friend, Joe Saltel is recovering from a serious fall. Please keep Joe and ALL those affected by the storms in your thoughts and prayers. In closing keep these thoughts in mind: “America is hope. It is compassion. It is excellence.
